1.) Upon arrival the guest will pay a deposit of € 150 that will be returned to him/her at the end of his/her stay if no damage occurs to the apartment.

2.) Management is not responsible for items and other valuable items left in either the apartments or parking lot. Each apartment is allocated one parking space.

3.) Those not staying as guests are forbidden to enter the Residence. If access is required, an authorisation will be granted upon presentation of an identity document. The number of visitors to an apartment must correspond to the number of beds and no more.

4.) Guests must keep the volume down on the TV and any other audio devices so as not to disturb other guests. They will also observe quiet times from 24.00 to 8.00 and from 13.00 to 15.00. It absolutely forbidden to use wooden clogs, smoke in the apartments and common areas and dispose of sanitary items in the toilet and other food waste and various oils in the dishwasher and / or sink.

5.) The swimming pool hours are from 09.00 to 21.00. It is absolutely forbidden to enter the swimming pool at night.

6.) It is forbidden to hang washing outside. No items are allowed to be hung on railings or left in walkways. Please use the appropriate clothes horses.

7.) Domestic pets are not permitted inside the residence.

8.) The apartment can be occupied as soon as it is available, but not before 15.00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated no later than 10.00 on the day of departure. If an exception is required, please contact the reception. If the hours are not respected, € 50.00 will be deducted from the deposit.

9.) The rate or the price of stay is determined by the type of apartment, independent of the number of guests. Stays are for a week (minimum) from Saturday to Saturday during the months of July and August. For the remainder of the year, the stay can be agreed at the time of booking. The cost, regardless of the number of days, can be found on our price list.

10.) If a guest fails to clean the crockery used before departure, he/she will be charged € 20. For a weekend break or long weekend, bed linen and towels are included. For weekly stays, the bed linen change will be done each Saturday.

11.) To reserve an apartment, a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the stay should be sent by bank transfer. During the months of July and August, the balance must be paid within 7-10 days prior to arrival. For the rest of the year the balance can be paid upon arrival. If the 7-10 day period prior to arrival is not respected, management will cancel the booking and the customer will forfeit the amount already paid as a deposit.

12.) A reservation guarantees the number of apartment(s) booked and not the location or the numerical indication of same. Management will decide depending on availability and reserves the right to take into account the preferences expressed at the time of booking.

13.) Following a booking, in case of cancellation, which must be written, the amount already deposited will not be refunded. Any other amounts for postponed arrivals or early departures will not be refunded.
